This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.322/2015, registered at Police StationTikrapara, District-Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the POSCO Act. 2.

After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the prosecutrix and other material prosecution witnesses.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
