1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the offence under Section 306/34 of the IPC has been registered against the in-laws of the deceased Smt. Shashikala Chauhan but the offence has not investigated properly.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has made application before the concerned Superintendent of Police for proper investigation and for police protection but the applications are not considered.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation/application before the concerned Superintendent of Police for police protection and the concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to look into the matter and consider the petitioner's representation/application expeditiously in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction remain in favour of the petitioner.
