The grievance of the petitioner is that he was having land bearing khasra No. 89 admeasuring area 0.6 hectare, khasra No. 821 admeasuring area 0.029 hectare and Khasra No. 824/1 admeasuring area 0.66 hectare, which was acquired by SECL in the year 1989. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of acquisition, assurance was given to provide some compensation and

employment in lieu of the acquisition of land. It is stated that despite the time passed, several letters were written but no importance was given to such letters. The petitioner further submits that lastly a representation was filed on 14.08.2019 and he prays that the respondents may be directed to decide the same considering the right of the petitioner.

Perused the representation, which is filed as Annexure P-4. Without any observation on the merit, it is directed that the Respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
