1. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 28.11.2020 sent by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.

2. On 02.03.2020, this Court had directed the trial Court to decide the case within a period of six months from the receipt of copy of its order. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further more time for deciding the case.

3. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, six months further more time, is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case.
