1. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application on the submission that the applicants are willing to surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He would submit that looking to the background in which incident happened, the Court below may be directed to consider and decide regular bail application of the applicants on the same day.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicants, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to apply for grant of regular bail.

3. In the case the applicants surrender and apply for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the Court below if possible on the
