1. It is submitted that petitioner is a civil contractor, who was alloted the work for construction of Jamuniya Anicut. After the execution of agreement and issuance of work order, the petitioner has proceeded with construction and completed the part of the work. The petitioner has submitted the bill with respect to the amount of work completed so far, but the same is pending for decision. The petitioner then made representation before the respondent authorities, but the same is being

Page No.2 not considered, therefore, it is prayed that specific direction be issued.

2. Learned State counsel representing all the respondents submits that there appears to be some dispute present because of which the bills submitted by the petitioner have not cleared so far. However, the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered by the respondents.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider on the representations filed by the petitioner and take decision on the same preferably within a period of 45 days from today.
