Order On Board 13/10/2015 This is fourth application for grant of bail. The applicant has been arrested on 13/06/14 in connection with Crime No.90/14 registered at Police Station - Koni, District - Bilaspur (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of IPC. 2.

The applicant is praying for grant of bail only on the ground of delay in trial and his long detention of more than 1 year and 4 months by now. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, particularly taking into consideration the long detention of more than one year and

four months and that trial is not likely to conclude early, the application is allowed. 6.
