This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.413/13 registered in Police StationGudhiyari, Raipur, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 147, 148, 302, 323 read with Section 149 IPC.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for a direction to the Court below to expedite the trial of the case as there are large number of witnesses to be examined. Considering the submission made, the application at this stage, is disposed off with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it as early as possible.
