1. The limited grievances of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the non implementation of the benefits of the revised pay scale given to the petitioners on completing of eight years of service.

2. According to the petitioners, the respondents have taken a decision for granting the revised pay scale to the petitioners however the same has not been implemented. The counsel for the petitioners referred to Annexure P/1 dated 29.10.2018 whereby it has been decided to grant the benefits to the petitioners but though more than two years have passed, till date it has not been effected.

3. Given the limited grievances that the petitioners have, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 & 2 to take a decision in respect of implementation of the decision already taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
