1. Heard on this petition.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the land owners whose landed property was
-2acquisitioned by the respondents. The compensation for the same has also been determined by respondent No.4 in the land acquisition case. The petitioners have some grievance regarding the order of compensation passed by respondent No.4, therefore, they have filed a representation praying to amend the award, before the respondent No.4 but the application is still pending without any progress. Therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No.4 to consider on that application and dispose it off.
3. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that appropriate order may be passed.
4. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off. Respondent No.3 and 4 are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law within a time frame of 60 days.
