1. The petitioner seems to have challenged the impugned order so far as his place of posting is concerned, which has been left at the option of the Collector (respondent No.4).

2. This Court in exercise of its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 would not like to delve into the matter at this stage, reserving the right of the petitioner to move an appropriate representation to the respondent No.4, who in turn shall take a decision of deciding the place of posting at the earliest.

3. If the petitioner has already made a representation, she may make an additional fresh one or else the respondent No.4 shall be free to decide the representation already pending.

4. Let this exercise be done within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

5. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to appraise the respondent No.4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
