1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.312 of 2016 registered in Police Station- Bilaigarh, District - Balodabazar (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 IPC.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicant along with other accused persons allegedly forged revenue papers of the farmers to increase the area of their holdings to allow them to sell more quantity of paddy than the one which they could have sold to the Government and thereby causing loss to the Govt. to the tune of Rs.15 lakh approximately.

3. Admittedly, co-accused Jitendra Kumar and Bihari Lal Verma have already been released on regular bail by this Court in MCRC No.2804 of 2017 and MCRC No.3234 of 2017. Considering the release of co-accused on bail and the nature of allegation against the present applicant, the present applicant

-2also deserves to be released on bail.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. The present applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with on surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
