1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.34 of 2018 registered in Police Station- Kusmi, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 302, 147 and 149 IPC.

2. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. His earlier bail application was rejected on 18.08.2020 on merits.
