In this application, liberty is prayed for that the bail application of the applicant may be considered specially on the medical grounds, after the surrender is made.

The present petition is for anticipatory bail. Since the withdrawal application is filed, the same is allowed and consequently, the bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the prayer made and documents, it is observed that the applicant shall be at liberty to place all the medical documents before the Court below while hearing of the bail application after surrender is made and the Court below may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
