1. Heard on this petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the land owners whose landed property was

-2acquisitioned by the respondents.

3. Respondent No.04, the Land Acquisition Officer has determined the compensation and passed the award. The petitioners in this petition had some grievance regarding the award of compensation, therefore, they have filed an application praying to amend the award which is pending before respondent No.04, therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction may be issued.

4. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that appropriate orders may be passed subject to verification regarding the situation at present.

5. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

6. Respondents No.02, 03 and 04 are directed to consider on the application filed by the petitioners and decide the same preferably within a period of 60 days from today in accordance with law.
