(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 186/2015 registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District Raigarh for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and the manner in which one Cable drum worth 9 lakhs is said to ₹

have been stolen by the applicant from TRN Power Plant Project on 08.07.2015, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
