Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in the respondent University

WPS No.6255 of 2021 since 1-5-1988 and the service is uninterrupted one. He would further submit that the nature of the job is perennial, however, till date the petitioner has not been regularised for which the petitioner has made several representations and last representation was made on 28-9-2021 (Annexure - P/6). The petitioner prays that the respondent University may be directed to decide his representation and regulrarise his service within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel appearing for the University/respondents No.2 & 3 would submit that they would consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the policy.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, particularly considering the fact that the petitioner is working in the University since 1-5-1988 i.e more than three decades and has also submitted several representations, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
