Agrawal Order On Board 25/09/2018 (1) Alleging that the respondents has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in Writ Petition (C) No. 1396 of 2018 dated 15th May, 2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh to comply with the order passed by this Court on 15.05.2018 in W.P. (C) No.1396/2018 in its letter and spirit. (3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Commissioner, -Municipal Corporation, Raigarh and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
