(2) By the impugned order dated 14.08.2015, the Family Court Kanker, District North Bastar Kanker has granted interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- to the minor son/non-applicant No.2 of the applicant and non-applicant No.1 during the pendency of the final maintenance. (3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at length, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order as the amount
granted by the Family Court is just and fair reasonable. However, the Family Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
