This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.186/2015, registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat bail application after filing of the charge-sheet

and examination of material prosecution witnesses. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
