1. The challenge in these writ petition is to the order dated 30.06.2018. The relief sought for by the petitioner is for grant of Kramonnati on her completing 7 years of service with the respondents.
2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the State, on due verification of the facts, submit that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition has already been considered by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions leading of which being WPS 5358/2018 (Smt. Ankita Shrivastava
-2Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) decided on 12.12.2018 wherein this Court had directed the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners therein for grant of Kramonnati if they were otherwise entitled for the same. It is also not in dispute that in those bunch of writ petitions, the impugned order was same i.e. 30.06.2018 which was under challenge.
3. Given the fact that this Court has already passed an order in an identical issue, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition also deserve to be disposed of in similar terms.
4. The present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of in similar terms. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnati in accordance with the rules if she is otherwise entitled for the same and fulfills the required eligibility criteria. Let this exercise be completed by the respondents within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
