(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 380/2015 registered at Police Station Civil Line, Raipur, Distt. Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the India Penal Code.
(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and the manner in which on 18.06.2015 at about 9 p.m. applicant &
other co-accused persons have robbed 1,50,000/- from ₹ complainant Murlidhar Shadija and consequent recovery of Rs.1,20,000/- from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
