Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 2-111. This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court and his no bail application is pending before any other court.

2. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 25/2018 registered in police station Mahila Thana, Distt. Bilaspur (CG) for offence punishable under Section 498A, 294, 506 of IPC.

5. Prosecution story in brief is that applicant is husband of the complainant Sharda alias Saida Khan. After marriage the applicant was harassing her on account of demand of Rs. 20 lacs. He was also abusing her and gave threatening to kill her.

6. As per photocopy of the arrest memo which is a part of the charge sheet, there is no criminal antecedent of the applicant.

7. Looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case, application is allowed. It is ordered that if the applicant furnishes

one solvent surety for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with one personal bond of the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned, he be released on bail.
