1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 10-11-2020 in connection with Crime No. 440 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Gurur, District Balod (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 506, 109 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
