The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 31/08/2018 whereby the petitioner in the capacity of a Naib Tehsildar has been transferred from Durg to Surguja (C.G.). 2.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that, the petitioner had recently been posted at Durg vide order dated 12/01/2018 on the basis of which the petitioner joined on 26/02/2018 and in barely less than 6 months time, the present impugned order has now been passed.

The aforesaid factual matrix is not in dispute by the counsel for the respondent/State also.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 5.
Meanwhile, the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall not be acted upon.
