The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.422/2021, registered at Police Station Dharsiwa, District - Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 332, 353, 427, 435, 448, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh before the trial Court.

4. Permission granted as prayed for.

5. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
