1) The present revision i.e. CRR No.766 of 2021 and previously filed revision CRR No. 768 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.09.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.)/Juvenile Court Korba, DistrictKorba (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal Case No. 22/2021. Previously filed revision i.e. CRR No. 768 of 2021 has been preferred by the same petitioner namely Rajkumar @ Raju whereas subsequent revision i.e. CRR No.766 of 2021 is filed on behalf of same petitioner. Since two revision against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the revision i.e. CRR No.766 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.
