1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant as he is in jail since 23.8.2020 in connection with Crime No. 43/2020, registered at Police Station P.S. Sakti, Tehsil Sakti, District Janjgir Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
