The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 29.07.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Raigarh to Mahasamund.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was posted at the present place of posting barely about one year back i.e. vide Annexure P/1 dated 27.04.2018, where the petitioner was posted from Narayanpur to Raigarh. According to the petitioner, the petitioner in the previous 5 years has been subjected to 6 transfers.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the case of the petitioner to be a case of frequent transfers, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent
-2No.1 in turn shall process and consider the case of the petitioner taking into consideration the transfer policy of the State Government so also the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "T.S.R. Subramanian Vs. Union of India" (2013) 15 SCC 732 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
