Heard Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to repeat the same after filing of the challan. It is ordered, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that after filing of the challan, the applicant may file his bail application before the concerned Trial Court.
