1. Since both the applications are arising out of the same dispute, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. The accused/applicant has moved these bail applications under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime Nos.97/2015 and 103/2015, registered at Police Station Berla, Distt. Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414 read with Section 34 of the IPC; 136, 137, 139 of the

Electricity Act; and 3 (2) (a) of the Damage to Public Property Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to repeat after framing of charges against the applicant, if any.
