1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for relieving the petitioner on the basis of the transfer order dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Community Health

Centre, Devbhog to Community Health Centre, Fingeshwar.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has made, let the respondents 3 & 4 take an appropriate step ensuring that the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned is complied with at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order unless the order of transfer stands modified/amended/cancelled.
