1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 06.01.2020 in connection with Crime No. 05/2020 registered in Police Station Bageecha, District Jashpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
