1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-6 dated 25.07.2019 whereby the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Assistant Teacher on the ground of non-fulfilling the requisite educational qualification.
2. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner is facing great difficulties after death of her husband in sustaining the family. He submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents for considering her claim for any other post lying vacant in the department commensurate to her qualification and that she is also willing to accept a post of Class-IV category.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents 2 & 3 reconsider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment to any other post lying vacant in the Department commensurate to her qualification within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to file a fresh representation to respondents 2 & 3 for offering her claim for grant of compassionate appointment on any other post.
