Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 whereby the service of the Petitioner has been transferred from District Hospital, Rajnandgaon to Community Health Centre, Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon.

Without entering into the merits of the case, learned Counsel for the Petitioner wants that the Petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Respondents and the Respondents in turn may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

Not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner that he, if so chooses, may prefer a detailed representation to the Respondents. Considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the Respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.

While deciding the representation, the authorities shall take note of the recommendations made by the Joint Director as well as by the Dean so far as the requirement of the service of the Petitioner at the present place of posting is concerned.
