1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 08/10/2021 sent by the Xth Additional sessions Judge, Raipur for extension of time for final disposal of special criminal case No. 06/2020.

2. This Court vide order dated 16/07/2021 had granted time thee months' time to the Court below to dispose of special criminal case No. 06/2020, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Sessions Judge to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 45 days is granted to learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the said case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
