1. Petitioner has preferred this petition against the order of the Appellate Authority confirming the

order of the Confiscating Authority which is admittedly revisable under Section 52B of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 as amended by the State of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, this petition is not being entertained. However, petitioner is at liberty to question that order of the Appellate Authority before the Revisional Court. Needless to say, if the revision is preferred by the petitioner within thirty days from today, the Revisional Court will do well to consider and decide it expeditiously in accordance with law.

2. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of.
