1. Heard on I.A. No.1 of 2019.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Cr.M.P.

3. On due consideration, delay of 08 days in filing the present Cr.M.P. is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 of 2019 is allowed.

4. The trial Court has acquitted the accused/respondent of the charge under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act vide judgment dated 27.04.2019 passed by the Special Judge (NDPS Act) in NDPS Special Criminal Case No.84/17.

5. From perusal of the evidence available on record, we are satisfied that present is fit a case for grant of leave to appeal.

6. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is allowed.
