Grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the stoppage of two increments which was awarded to her on account of undergoing family planning operation as per the scheme of the State Government itself. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had been receiving the said benefit till her retirement, however, subsequently her retirement, when the Respondents gave the benefits of Seventh Pay Commission to her with effect from 1.1.2016, the said benefit of family planning operation was note taken into account while giving fixation to the Petitioner. 3.

Perusal of record show that the Petitioner has not agitated the said grievance before the Respondent authorities or at-least no document has been enclosed in this regard along with the present Writ Petition. 4.

Given the said fact, let the Petitioner approach the Respondents by making a detailed representation in this regard and on such representation being made, the Respondent No.1 is expected to take a decision in accordance with the laws governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of representation.
