The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 To issue an appropriate writ or order to correct the category of petitioner from EWS Un - Reserved category to Schedule Tribes community and further to allow the petitioner to appear in the counseling for the seats reserve for Schedule Tribes Category.

10.2 Any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed."
