1) This is the first bail application of the applicant, filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.326/2020, under Section 34(2) of C.G. Excise Act, registered at Police Station- Simga, District- Balodabazar- Bhatapara (C.G.).

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute the case and seeks to withdraw the same.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
