1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is non releasing of the salary of the petitioners from May, 2020 till date inspite of the fact that the petitioner have been continuously discharging their duties as Part Time Sweeper.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that let the petitioners approach the respondents No.3 to 5 by making suitable representation in this regard and the respondents No.3 to 5 shall necessarily take a decision in accordance with rules governing the field.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioners to approach the respondents No.3 to 5 by making suitable
-2representation within a period of 10 days from today and the respondents No.3 to 5, in turn, shall decide the claim of the petitioners on due verification of facts as to whether the petitioners have discharged their duties or not, and in case if the petitioners have discharged their duties, they shall be paid proper remuneration within an upper limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
