This petition has been brought praying for issuance of appropriate direction.

It is submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint on 18.08.2020 against the then President of Shri Jan Seva Samity Sakti, who is

arrayed as respondent No.5 in this petition. It was alleged in the complaint that the respondent No.5 has committed financial irregularities and misappropriated and embezzled the funds of the society. A notice was issued on this complaint by the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.2 seeking clarification on the complaint on 19.08.2020, subsequent to which a reminder was also issued as Annexure P-6 by the respondent No.5 on 05.10.2020, but there is no further progress.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has moved a representation on 09.09.2021 praying for making early enquiry of the complaint made by him to respondent No.2. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the complaint made by him may be addressed as early as possible.

Learned State counsel has no objection, if this petition is disposed off with appropriate direction.

After considering on the submissions this petition is disposed off. The respondent No.2 and 3 are directed to consider on the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.09.2021 and also the complaint made by the petitioner along with other correspondence made in that respect and take all steps to conduct an enquiry on the complaint made and conclude the same within a period of six months from today. 6.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
