The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 65/2015 registered in Police Station Kukdur, Kawardha, District Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 457, 380 read with 34 of IPC. 2.
As per the prosecution story accused persons have committed theft of computer worth rupees 24,000/-, two chair, two wall clock etc. worth Rs.25,000/- from the school Polmi, Pandariya, District Kabirdham in the intervening night of 11-12/08/2015 and FIR being lodged, investigation was made and charge sheet has been filed on 4/09/2015. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is no
corroborative evidence available to connect the applicants with the crime, therefore he submits that charge sheet having been filed, considering the nature of offence no further investigation is necessary, applicants may may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
Having regard to the facts of this case, charge sheet has been filed and recovery has already been made, nature of the evidence which is available, without any observation on merits, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
