(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 280/2015 registered at Police Station Dharsiva, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915.
(2) Counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same after disposal of the criminal case relating the excise offence.
(3) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
