1. On the report of the petitioner FIR has been registered in Police Station, Civil Lines, Bilaspur, C.G., being FIR No.864/2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has not been registered against respondent No.5, who is the main accused, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to provide all the materials to the concerned investigation officer and the said Investigating officer is directed to investigate the matter strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
