(2) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.282/2014 registered at Police Station Dallirajhara, District Balod for the offences punishable under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 11.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3823/2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
