-2of 2019 decided on 11.12.2019 which again has been affirmed by the Division Bench on 25.02.2020 in Writ Appeal No.213 of 2020 and also an order passed by this court in WPS No.3092 of 2013, decided on 10.12.2019 and affirmed in Writ Appeal No.154 of 2020 on 04.03.2020.

3. In the light of the aforesaid authoritative decision by this court and which has been affirmed by the Division Bench as also by the Supreme Court, the case of the petitioner needs to be reconsidered and it is directed that the respondents No.2 to 4 shall take a decision on the claim of the petitioner in the light of the aforementioned judicial pronouncements at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
