The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 11.10.2019 transferring the petitioner from Dhamtari to Kondagaon. 2.

Considering the fact that the order of transfer was issued about 14 months back and the present writ petition now is being filed after more than 14 months, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out calling for an interference to the impugned order of transfer. However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has already filed a representation to the authorities which till date has not been decided by the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture disposed of directing the respondents No.1&2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the partitioner has made in connection with the order of transfer dated 11.10.2019. 3.

Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
