1. Heard.

2. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that the petitioner applied for the Retail Outlet to the respondent and vide Annexure-P/1 the petitioner was selected for the allotment of Retail Outlet. The petitioner was then issued a letter dated 1.1.2020 directing to do the needful for the finalization of the allotment. Subsequent to that the petitioner has obtained NOC(No Objection Certificate) from District Magistrate and that has been submitted to the respondent. However, the respondent has the responsibility to obtain explosive license for the petitioner, but regarding the same there is no progress. The petitioner has made a representation on 8.3.2021, which is unanswered from the respondent

side till date, hence, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued.

3. Learned counsel for respondent prays for passing appropriate orders.

4. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent is directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 8.3.2021 within a period of 45 days from today.
